For a sub-brand of my previous employer Maximum Performance (The Customer Service Training Company) I formatted a comprehensive customer service workbook aimed at improving the skills of service representatives.

With a focus on clarity and ease of use, I created an exciting, visually appealing layout that balances text with colour. The design incorporates engaging images, intuitive navigation, and space for practical exercises, all while maintaining a professional and fun feel.
